There is something purely terrifying about stepping into something you love and putting it out there for the world to see. The Process Athlete Development is more than a website or a training platform. This is a community that enables players to take their development into their own hands, prepare coaches to help their players reach their development goals, and to provide parents with the resources they need to support their daughters.
The mission is simple: To empower young women through softball and to inspire them to reach their goals, making them better players on the field and people off the field.
There is so much to come, but I am telling myself that perfection is overrated. Progress is part of The Process, and I have to trust it too. Welcome to The Process. I can't wait to work with you.
